EXCHANGE POLICY
  • In the event that you have bought any of our products from our online store OFP, and it has not been delivered.   
  • Your purchase of the product doesn't meet your requirements. 
  • Ex. Missing package requirements.
  • The purchased items are acceptable for exchange within the delivery week period only.
  • Additional shipping and exchange charges will be borne by the buyer.
  • The returned item must be accommodated with all the attachments and tags present at the time of delivery to be eligible for the exchange.
  • Exchange process may  take at least 10-14 days to proceed.
  • In case of any dispute the final authority would definitely be OFP and their partners. No objection or case whatsoever shall be considered against their decision.
